We CK industries are a young and dynamic company in modern fabrication industries. We have a well-experienced team in Design and manufacturing to meet customer requirements. Our objective is to deliver products with an adequate design, cost-effective and quality. Our cost-effective tools in design and manufacturing will help to improve “On-time delivery” and “final product cost”.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our factory is located in Hosur, TN (Industrial Area), which is placed 40Kms from Bangalore. The factory is equipped with the latest machines and crane facility and well-planned layout for easy process follow. The total built-up area covered around 3000Sq.Ft with a 24X7 power facility.

The company is registered with SSI, NSIC, and GST (as per Indian Law of the factory).

QUALITY

Quality is one of the main objectives in CK industries in all stages, i.e. Product, Process (all manufacturing and documents stages as per customer requirement) to prove that our quality management is certified with ISO 9001: 2015.

SCOPE

Design, Manufacture and Supply of Fabricated Products

DESIGN

Design of Pressure vessel, Storage tanks, Piping, Beams, General purpose Structural, Skids, Frames, Housings, Chimney, Fixtures, and SPM. We are using manual and software tools to generate design calculation with respect to customer requirements and type of products. We used follow standards of ISO, ASME, BS, and FEA analysis.

MANUFACTURE

The main key process is welding. We have qualified welders in SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Our welding team is capable of analysis about all major affecting factor of welding quality (Hot crack/Cold crack, SCC, IGC, a mixture of shielding gas, etc) to ensure quality in product lifetime.

CK industries are ready to supply all over India as well as around the world. We can able to serve you in the post-delivery period with mutual agreement.
