Certifying the welding procedures as per the standards (ASME, BS, EN & IS). Inspection and certification of welding procedure and weld joints. Qualify the new technics and consultation of rework on welding.

PAINTING SERVICE AND INSPECTION

Evaluation of the painting procedures as per the standards (NAC). Inspection and stage-wise monitor of painting procedures. Witness and consultation of painting reworks.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Inspection of all critical product inspection from raw material to till dispatch.

DESIGN INSPECTION IN SERVICES

We are doing the professional design of Pressure vessels, Storage tanks, Process piping, Structural, etc (as per ASME, ASTM, API, BS, & IS) and offered with calculation sheet to meet customer and standard requirement. FEA will be done on areas where the standard does not cover.
